Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures including forklift and hazardous material handling;
Ensure Tire and Battery Center sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised according to policies;
Monitor tire and battery orders and assist members with installation appointments;
Provide expert member service and recommendations by greeting members and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend tire and battery products, explain warranties, and ensure value for members.
