General Manager

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and more. Training will be provided on the job. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential functions and skills include mathematical abilities, motor coordination, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work conditions involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, and other physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.
