Hours: Variable shifts, typically between 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (subject to department needs)

Job Summary:
Provide customer service in the Racquet Shop & on court, assist members and guests, and support daily operations as directed by the Racquet Sports Director.

Responsibilities:

• Operate point-of-sale and court reservation systems.
• Assist with court bookings, event registration, and member inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and grounds.
• Provide product knowledge and promote sales.
• Arrange matches and support events as needed.
• Retail & inventory tasks necessary.
• Communicate clearly with members, staff, and guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Customer service or hospitality experience (sports/club setting preferred).
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Canva/Adobe).
• Knowledge of tennis and pickleball helpful.
• Court Reservation software experience preferred.

• Some physical activity required (court/grounds walk-throughs).
