Golf Shop Associate (Palm Valley Country Club) Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide high quality customer service to members and guests; perform assigned golf shop operational activities; and perform other duties as required.

This is a part-time seasonal position. Time period:
October to end of May based on business needs.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment and merchandise).
Experience with Tee Time Reservation System.
Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
