Sales Manager - Designer, Contemporary, Jewelry

The Sales Manager leads the in-store sales experience and drives the achievement of sales and event goals. This role develops a high-performing selling team through coaching, clienteling, training, and performance management while delivering personalized service.

• Build client relationships, grow repeat business, and drive sales and event goals.
• Plan client appointments and deliver memorable shopping experiences tailored to clients' needs.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, social media, and other marketing tools.
• Use clienteling and other technology to maintain relationships and make targeted recommendations.
• Coach and develop the selling team, support onboarding and training, and oversee performance.
• Stay informed about merchandise deliveries and promote in-store events and client engagement.

• Four-year degree.
• At least 3 years of management experience with comparable sales volume, or a demonstrated record of managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
• Proficiency with available technology, including Word and Excel.
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
