Associa is looking for a Security Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information. This role involves managing security staff, monitoring security systems, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents promptly and effectively.

Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour; depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Supervision & Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of security accounts and officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel.
- Operational Oversight:
- Work with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of security accounts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols.
- Flex hours as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
- After hours and weekends may be required.
- Policy & Compliance:
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities and personnel.
- Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for managers, employees and board members regarding security concerns.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance during incidents or inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Other experience may be considered for the minimum qualifications.
- Knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid security license or certification (as required by state law).
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Capability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Experience with electronic security systems and software.
- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation training.
