LOCAL CALL CENTER REPS – $25+ / HOUR
We are a family‑owned company deeply rooted in the community, hosting more than 50 local events each year and proudly serving homeowners across the area.
Due to rapid expansion and new lead sources, we are hiring 6 call center representatives to handle our growing inbound volume.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from high‑quality leads.
- Book appointments and close sales with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily performance targets.
- Confident, friendly phone professionals.
- Strong booking and close rates.
- Goal‑driven and dependable.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
