Knellinger Dental Excellence has partnered with iHire to reach top talent for their opening below. This role is a Treatment Coordinator (3+ years experience required). Knellinger Dental Excellence has been caring for families in Palm Harbor since 1982, and we’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit, patient-focused team. This role is all about relationships.
You’ll be the bridge between our doctors, our clinical team, and our patients — helping people understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions, and supported every step of the way. $30 to $35 per hour + bonus.
What You’ll Do Day To Day- Help patients understand and feel comfortable with their treatment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently and thoughtfully.
- Review procedures, insurance benefits, and financial options with patients.
- Keep patient records accurate and organized.
- Work closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience.
- At least 3 years of dental front office experience.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefit coordination.
- A positive, friendly personality with great communication skills.
- Confidence presenting treatment plans in a clear, compassionate way.
- Some sales background or experience.
