As a Dental Scheduling Coordinator, you are much more than someone who books appointments. You are the voice, guide, and advocate for our patients from their very first call, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident about our dental care. Your communication skills will play a key role in helping patients say "yes" to the care they need.
What You'll Do- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule dental appointments
- Connect with new and existing patients in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Educate patients about dental services and treatments, answering questions and helping them understand the value of care
- Use ethical, persuasive communication to guide patients toward scheduling visits
- Confirm appointments and follow up with patients to maintain an efficient schedule
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless patient experience
- Dental office experience is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental practice software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate, guide, and reassure patients over the phone
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a goal‑driven environment focused on patient care and scheduling success
- A friendly, confident, and empathetic phone presence that patients trust immediately
