Job brief

- Deliver private piano lessons to students in homes, own studio, or via webcam.
- Design and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and track student progress.
- Maintain punctuality and effective communication with the office and students.
- Travel locally within the Palm Harbor FL area to meet students as required.
- Observe COVID‑19 precautions: wear mask, sanitize hands, practice social distancing.
- Handle lesson scheduling, while the agency handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.
- Formal music training is not mandatory.
- Must possess either a degree in music, current enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.
- Should be organized, reliable, and capable of maintaining student retention.
- Comfortable teaching children and adults alike.
Independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, commensurate with travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
