The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in shaping the future of our finance organization and overall business strategy. • Ownership of the department, owning systems and processes AP, AR cash flow analysis, forecasting
• Creating structure and financial discipline without slowing momentum
• Developing and executing financial strategies that support scalable, profitable growth
• Partnering closely with executive leadership to influence direction and decision‑making

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long‑term growth objectives

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Own a streamlined, accurate monthly close process completed within 10 days, and establish scalable financial reporting frameworks providing daily and weekly insights across locations.
