Position Overview
Confidential search for a senior living organization seeking a Director of Accounting to lead financial operations across a multi-site portfolio. This role oversees accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage audits and coordinate with external partners
- Develop and mentor accounting team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Multi-site or healthcare/senior living experience preferred
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
