Opportunity

We are a premier pediatric dental practice seeking a high-level Office Manager to lead our team and streamline daily functions. This is a leadership role designed for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency. You will be the operational backbone of the practice, working directly with the Doctor and Leads to foster a positive team culture and an exceptional patient experience.

We’re looking for a leader who accepts the challenge of managing staff and keeping our busy practice running like a well-oiled machine.

Schedule

Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM).

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Implement goals, policies, and long-range plans for all operational areas.
  • Team Management:
    Lead the selection, training, and supervision of all administrative and clinical staff. Conduct performance evaluations and lead bi-monthly role-playing sessions on scripting and verbiage.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Monitor workloads for both front and back-office teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure all daily tasks are completed with high efficiency.
  • Financial & Data Analysis:
    Gather and report practice data for fiscal and statistical analysis; manage production goals and performance metrics.
  • Quality Control:
    Ensure strict adherence to clinical standards, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations. Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Sedation Presentations:
    Present treatment plans only for high dollar sedation cases.
  • Human Relations:
    Explain and enforce office policies including time off requests and perform hiring and firing as needed.
Qualifications
  • Leadership with strong ability to mentor staff and maintain our family culture.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact with patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Experience in Dental Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, such as organizing schedules, managing records, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare administration is an requirement
