We are looking for an Area Director who leads with purpose, develops people relentlessly, and drives operational and financial performance across their market. What You'll Do

• Own operational standards and performance across your entire market of 5
  -7 restaurants
• Conduct structured market visits and spend the majority of your time in restaurants, present and visible
• Ensure brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures are followed consistently across every location
• Identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio
• Work with marketing on competitive sales strategies for your market
• Select, train, coach, and develop General Managers
• Ensure all key management positions are filled with quality candidates
• Drive leadership pipeline development and stability across your market
• Play a direct role in new store openings across the market

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in a restaurant environment
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of hitting performance targets
• The ability to identify problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
