Schedule:
Mon-Fri ( 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Assemble and disassemble wire parts on holding fixtures for spray coating
- Mask, mount, and adjust parts to proper tolerance for painting/coating
- Verify wire counts and ensure compliance with job order quantities
- Inspect tools and fixtures for damage and suitability
- Log operation steps in job tracking systems (e.g., Plex)
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment
- Assist team members and communicate discrepancies to leads/supervisors
- Assist coating technician with the coating process from start to finish
- Prepare surfaces for coating: mask, plug, and block areas not to be painted
- Clean spray equipment, filters, and workstations regularly
- Ensure proper movement of finished goods to inspection/shipping
- Help maintain supply inventory and assist with job-related tasks as needed
The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and perform basic assembly and/or inspection operations. The incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
