Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Join our team at Aviata at The Palms on a night shift and make a difference in the lives of our patients and residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person‑centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.

You will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care, practice, and applicable state/federal regulations. You will follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel. Additionally, you will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care, practice, and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high‑quality patient care.
