- Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to assisted living residents.
- Support residents with daily living activities: personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing meals, and distributing nourishment.
- Ensure resident rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
- Serve as a temporary stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).
- Apply basic sanitation knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
