Responsible for assisting professional nursing staff in providing care to assisted living residents, supporting daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring resident rights, and serving as a stepping stone toward healthcare licensure.

• Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to assisted living residents.
• Support residents with daily living activities: personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing meals, and distributing nourishment.
• Ensure resident rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Serve as a temporary stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).
• Apply basic sanitation knowledge.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Applicants must be able to produce a negative drug test.
