Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $15.50/hour + uncapped monthly bonuses
• Average 1st-year earnings: ~$42K+ (Top performers earn $70–85K and higher)
• Location: 34125 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 (On-site only)
• Hiring Immediately: Start as early as the following Monday!

  Full-Time, 10 am to 7 pm, 11 am to 8 pm, or 12 pm to 9 pm

What You ll Be Doing:

You won t just be an ordinary salesperson at Freight Center; you ll be an Account Manager. In this role, you ll consult with customers, present competitive carrier solutions, and confidently close deals that turn into long-term partnerships and repeat business. To your customers, you are the go-to shipping expert and trusted advisor they rely on.

Your Daily

Job Duties:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to assigned leads
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships
• Run quotes, book shipments, and assist with any issues that may arise
• Educate customers on freight shipping options and best practices
• Use a consultative sales approach to offer tailored shipping solutions
• Manage your book of business and drive repeat business
• Show up with motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to win

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to actively listen and build trust quickly
• Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems on the computer
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and money motivated!
• Adaptable to new technologies and fast-paced environments
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required! We train you from the ground up
