Truckload Agent (No Cold Calling – Leads Provided!)

Location:

34125 US Highway 19 N., Palm Harbor, FL 34684, No remote work

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $15.50/hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses

Our Truckload Team is a high-energy, team-driven inside sales environment where your effort directly impacts your paycheck. We provide the leads, the tools, and the training - you bring the drive!

• Contact warm leads who have already shown interest in shipping services
• Negotiate and coordinate truckload shipments
• Match shippers with the right carriers for efficient transportation
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Follow up consistently to maximize repeat business and profitability
• Deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back

All Truckload Agents begin with 2–4 weeks in Carrier Sales
. This hands-on training helps you:

• Master the load booking process
• Build confidence before transitioning fully into truckload sales
