Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to advance your career? Condominium Associates is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operations of our managed communities. We are looking for candidates with a solid technical background, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Maintain and monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Address facility‑related concerns promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize maintenance needs and provide timely resolutions.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and identify potential hazards to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Provide feedback on maintenance schedules and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Health Pool & Spa regulations (CPO certification is a plus).
Requirements Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification is highly desirable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a relevant degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a relevant setting.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Capable of climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Part Time - Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5 hours per day
