Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with rotating on-call responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Stillwater Palms, Palm Harbor, FL
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our 432-unit apartment community in Palm Harbor. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems
- Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, including make-ready repairs and inspections
- Maintain common areas and property grounds
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to service requests professionally and efficiently
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- EPA Certification required upon hire
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Pay - $22 - $24/hour with bonus opportunities
