Superintendent Position

We're working with a mid-sized commercial GC focused on complex commercial and public-oriented projects across the Palm Springs area. They're looking to add a Superintendent who can run organized jobs, lead from the field, and keep projects moving with a high level of accountability. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, supporting a steady pipeline of ground-up and structural work with a tight, experienced team.

• Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial and public projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
• Keep projects on schedule and aligned with plans/specs
• Work closely with PMs to drive execution
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and site teams
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly

• Commercial ground-up construction
• Public / civic and institutional projects
• Structural concrete and site development scopes
• Renovations and facility improvements

• 5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Background in ground-up or public-oriented projects
• Experience managing structural scopes and field execution
• Ability to read plans and manage schedules
• Strong leadership and communication skills
