Construction Project Manager
Our client is an employee-owned multidisciplinary commercial builder and construction management company delivering technical expertise and outstanding construction services to developers, corporations, educational institutions, and public agencies. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who has experience in the Educational Construction field (Building Schools, K-12, High Schools, Higher Education) Must have DSA Experience. The Division of the State Architect (DSA) provides design and construction oversight for K–12 schools, community colleges, and various other state-owned and state-leased facilities to ensure that they comply with all structural, accessibility, and fire and life safety codes.
The candidate must have experience working for a GC (General Contractor) working on large commercial construction projects in the educational market. Projects are in the Palm Springs area. More details will be provided during the interview process.
