Ranger Supervisor

Position Overview

ELS is hiring a Ranger Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff at a property in Palm Desert, California.

• Supervise and train all rangers.
• Greet and register incoming members and guests.
• Distribute information on park rules and respond to questions.
• Maintain front entrance and ranger station appearance.
• Record and secure all fees collected and reconcile cash and credit records.
• Make reservations and/or cancellations in the company’s point‑of‑sale system and provide detailed reservation information to managers.
• Handle cash and process credit card charges for reservations.
• Answer telephone and radio calls, relay messages to staff and members.
• Secure facilities and amenities; intervene in resort disturbances and respond to complaints.
• Patrol property to enforce resort rules and policies.
• Provide on‑call emergency service as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer‑service environment and experience with a point‑of‑sale system.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Exceptional customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of the RV business is a plus.

Hourly: $20.00 – $20.00 (estimated; varies by education, experience, skills, location, and market data). Some positions may be eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
