OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity in Palm Springs, CA Position Details Full-time employed position

Approximately 7-8, 24-hour in-house shifts per month ( 2,190 hours annually)
Option for reduced schedule: 5.5, 24-hour shifts per month ( 1,560 hours annually) - benefit eligible

No traditional call (in-house model)2 OB Hospitalists in-house 24/7 - never solo coverage

Practice averages 60 deliveries per month
387-bed tertiary acute care facility

Only Level I Trauma Center in Coachella Valley
30-bed Level III NICU (23 weeks and above)
Affiliated MFM and neonatology support

Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students

Residency within immediate local area required

Not accepting locums

OB triage

Patient evaluation and management

Surgical assists

Fetal monitoring

ER coverage

MFM performs rounds and inpatient consults for high-risk patients Compensation & Benefits $150/hour ($328,500 annually for full-time schedule)
Additional bonus potential (full-time)
