• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Current and valid license to practice medicine in California
• Board certified in a primary care discipline
• Current Federal Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (DEA)

Job Overview We're seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician passionate about delivering compassionate, community-based care in an outpatient setting.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role provides comprehensive health maintenance and acute care for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
