As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, or Desert Hot Springs.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in daily branch operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Experience:
  
  Typically 3+ years in a similar role; a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; no degree required if qualifications meet alternative criteria.

Base salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
