The Counter Manager role is a contract position based on-site in Palm Springs, CA. The Counter Manager will oversee daily operations at the counter, support sales goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering personalized product consultations. Responsibilities include educating customers on Trish McEvoy Beauty products, maintaining stock levels, offering professional makeup demonstrations, building client relationships, and ensuring the counter is organized and visually appealing.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in product knowledge and the ability to convey benefits and usage to customers
• Customer service expertise for delivering a tailored, high-quality client experience
• Experience in training and equipping team members with best practices in beauty sales
• Sales management or leadership experience is a plus
• An understanding of current beauty trends and passion for makeup artistry
