Salary Range: $18-$20 per hour.

If yes, then as an Activities Assistant you will:
As an Activities Assistant you will lead group and independent activities for the resident population. You will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
This role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to work independently while fostering meaningful engagement with residents.
Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to independently plan, organize, and lead group activities
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt activities to individual resident needs
Comfortable working with residents of diverse backgrounds, including those with behavioral needs and dementia
Enthusiastic, energetic, and self‑motivated
Nice to have:
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior programs
Experience leading group activities or events
Basic understanding of dementia care and person‑centered programming
