Position: MGR - HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsibilities

Michael's House Treatment Center is looking for an HR Manager to play a key role in building a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long‑term career success. The Human Resources Manager will provide overall human resources strategy and support, align business objectives with employees and facility management, serve as a consultant to management on human resources related issues and employee relations, act as an employee champion and change agent, and serve as the primary guardian of local HR policy and progressive discipline.

The role will assess and anticipate HR needs, partner with the CEO and leadership team in developing the organization’s strategic plan, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain HR compliance with existing policy and statutes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources required
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience required
  • Healthcare experience and/or experience with co‑occurring disorders a plus
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
