Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform repair and troubleshooting on desktops and laptops. You will interact with clients to address issues and respond in a timely, accurate manner, while supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure as needed.
You will provide customer support, handle service calls within SLAs, document activities, and maintain asset control with prompt turnaround of parts.
