• Maintain the building’s physical appearance and working order of the club, assisting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of all engineering department tools, equipment and safety features.
• Keep maintenance and engineering storerooms and work areas clean and orderly, storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location.
• Properly treat and care for tools and equipment used to perform tasks.
• Complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to after‑hour calls as necessary.
• Report and address unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to complete all types of engineering work orders.
• General understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Journeyman level experience or equivalent in a trade, or 2+ years in building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform painting, woodworking and general carpentry.
• Ability to perform maintenance and general repair.
• Knowledge and ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks in stressful situations.

Palm Mountain Resort & Spa is located in the heart of Palm Springs, just a block away from the famed Palm Canyon Drive. Scenic grounds feature a new sunning terrace with a climate‑controlled pool, hot tub, misters and a courtyard space for gatherings. The resort offers 142 guest rooms and suites, many with private balconies to view the San Jacinto Mountains.
