Pinnacle Realty Advisors is actively expanding in the Greater Palm Springs area…and we’re building something intentional.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable agents who want real lead flow, real mentorship, and a clear path to production.

This is not for agents chasing flashy titles or desk-fee gimmicks. This is for agents who want opportunity and are willing to chase it.

We are building high-performance agent environments across the Coachella Valley and along the I-10 corridor.

Our focus is simple…

• Build great agents.
• Provide strong lead opportunities.
• Support agents with real negotiation and deal guidance.

You will not be left alone to “figure it out.”

Agents plug into a structured, AI-supported lead and follow-up environment that includes:

• Direct online lead partnerships
• Centralized CRM with nurture workflows
• Data-driven follow-up systems

Everything flows into one ecosystem so agents spend time converting…not patching together tech.

This is not just software access.

Agents receive real-time guidance on:

• Pricing strategy
• Offer positioning
• Negotiation
• Contract and deal problem-solving

You’re never on your own in a high-stakes transaction.

• Zillow leads are provided directly to agents
• Typical volume is approximately 8–15 leads per agent per month
• Leads go directly to the agent…not filtered through the team leader
• Additional inbound and internal lead sources supplement Zillow

We recruit based on mindset…not just past production.

This role is ideal for agents who are:

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Comfortable hearing “no”
• Willing to pick up the phone and talk to people
• Serious about follow-up and data hygiene

Text-only follow-up is not how we operate.

Phone conversations are expected.

Must live in Coachella Valley or be willing to commute daily.

• Physical office presence in the Coachella Valley
• Weekly sales meetings
• Direct leadership access
• Accountable, collaborative environment

We are intentionally building a productive room…not just filling seats.

Independent contractor role affiliated with Pinnacle Realty Advisors.

Commission-based compensation…no base salary.

Lead splits are competitive and discussed after initial screening.

Agents maintain the standard Pinnacle Realty Advisors membership of $249 per month, which provides:

• Local broker support for oversight and compliance
• Transaction management and compliance review

  Pinnacle Realty Advisors nationwide support for all of your operational and accounting needs

  Errors & Omissions coverage

  This ensures agents have infrastructure behind every deal.

  Location

  Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and surrounding markets along the I-10 corridor.
