Immediate need for a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established group.
We're looking for recent graduates with a strong interest or ties to the area.
Responsibilities- Primary care and chronic disease diagnosis and management.
- Longitudinal care of a patient panel assigned to the team.
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (no weekend service).
- Call coverage: approximately 1–3 nights per month.
Coachella Valley – specific sites to be determined.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly rate: $70–$75
- 12–15 patients per day.
- Electronic medical record system:
Next Gen. - Full‑time, benefited.
- $4,000 annual CME allowance.
- Medical coverage for the employee.
- 401(k) plan (no employer matching).
- Paid holidays.
- Vacation: 12 days per year.
- Sick leave: 5 days per year.
