RequiredEducation
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Active and unrestricted California state license
- Nurse Practitioner Furnishing (NPF) license number
- Current NP board certification
- Active DEA certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
- Active Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from AHA
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty
