Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Sunny Palm Springs, California!

Salary Range : 130k-230k, Plus Outstanding Benefits! This is a 4:10s position, with no on call. The client will train the right candidate and need someone who can start asap.

• Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner.
• Serves as a clinical expert through patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consultation, while maintaining program excellence and professional growth.
• Responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating patient care, delivering ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship.
• Committed to cost‑effective care management, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient experiences through continuous process improvement.
• Provides direct patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.

• Fulltime
• Day shifts; 10 hour shifts

• Preferred:
  Experience as an NP providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty.

• Required:
  
  Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing.
