Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers comprehensive, integrated outpatient treatment with individually tailored plans to address addiction and mental health issues in a supportive atmosphere. The integrated and holistic approach to our outpatient treatment includes group, individual therapy, psychiatric, medical follow-up, as well as life skills classes integrated with 12-Step principles.

A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative treatment environment, works well with a team, and is dedicated to supporting each patient’s recovery journey with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communications skills, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships with patients, families, and team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients experiencing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders
- Conduct nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and document clinical observations accurately and timely
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients’ effectiveness, side effects, and overall response to treatment
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support patients through their recovery process by promoting our integrative and holistic treatment approach
- Collaborate closely with the nursing director, physicians, therapists, case managers, and team members to coordinate patient care and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant medical records in accordance with facility policies, HIPPA, CARF, and applicable state and federal regulations
