Greenwood Hospitality Group - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and brand standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction;
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production;
Visually inspect and select food items of the highest standard for menu items; monitor storage and portion control;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; ensure compliance with health department regulations;
Communicate with upper kitchen management and other departments; participate in planning and hotel programs
