This is a part-time, on-site role for a Barista at our Palm Springs, CA location. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include managing transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive experience for customers and their pets. Additional duties may include inventory management and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

• Proficiency in Barista and Food Preparation skills to create high-quality beverages and menu offerings.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for guests and their pets.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is a plus.
• Passion for coffee, customer satisfaction, and a love for animals is highly valued.
