Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. • In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Work area can be hot with steam and vapors; employees should be prepared to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment with possible high noise levels. Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
