Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $19.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and Full‑time schedules between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and navigate facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, clearing debris

• Experience:
  
  Customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies)
• Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license, own vehicle for travel between work locations and work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available)
