What You'll Do:

• Run residential HVAC diagnostics, tune-ups, and repairs (AC units, heat pumps, furnaces, IAQ)
• Educate homeowners on system performance, upgrade options, and maintenance plans
• Present long-term solutions clearly and with professionalism
• Perform clean, code-compliant work with efficiency and pride
• Maintain detailed job records via Service Titan (tablet provided)
• Deliver high-standard service that aligns with KC's 4.8-star reputation
• Build client trust that leads to recurring business and lead turnover

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Strong diagnostics, communication, and system knowledge
• Proficiency with Service Titan and digital tools
• Valid driver's license + clean MVR
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of California HVAC codes and system safety standards

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (On-call period is Monday to Sunday)
• On-call rotation 1 week/month (with built-in loyal client base = high earning potential)
