Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs to ensure units and buildings are in proper working order;
Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, and fixtures; troubleshoot electrical hazards;
Complete preventative maintenance on all systems including HVAC;
Repair interior walls, drywall, ceilings, painting, and related finishes;
Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, and adhere to safety programs
