Plumbing Service Technician

Timos is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to support logistics and warehousing facilities by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems that keep freight operations running smoothly. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete installations for water supply, drainage, and fixtures across terminals, yards, and warehouses. Working closely with operations and maintenance teams, you'll respond to service requests, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, document work performed, and recommend upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in logistics and warehousing facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous freight operations.
• Install and upgrade water supply, drainage, and related plumbing components as required.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documentation to execute accurate plumbing work.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, prioritizing critical operational issues.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and safety teams to plan and coordinate work.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and completed repairs.
• Inspect systems and recommend improvements or replacements to increase reliability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and service-ready condition.
