Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE)

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of project proposals—from site visits to final estimates. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus, company vehicle, and gas card.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requests and develop detailed, accurate proposals.
- Perform construction bidding and cost estimating.
- Formulate written schedules of values for proposed work.
- Conduct pre-bid site visits and assessments.
- Review bid documents and manage the proposal process.
- Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings.
- Create simple CAD or equivalent drawings for proposals.
- Prepare and distribute proposal packages, including all bidding documentation, to solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Source and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor lists.
- Read and interpret blueprints proficiently.
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction principles and code requirements.
- Hold an OSHA 30 certification.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
