Service Advisor

Trust Palmdale Honda seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in our service drive. You'll greet guests, assess vehicle concerns, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, and prepare accurate repair orders. You'll coordinate with technicians, track repair progress, provide timely updates, and review invoices to ensure clarity and transparency. Success in this role requires strong communication, computer and DMS skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset that reflects our culture of integrity, teamwork, and long-term relationships.
