Job Overview
Dental Scheduler needed for a busy dental office. Experience in the dental field is not required; prior phone service experience is. Required to make 150 calls per day. A cheerful attitude is a must. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Make 150 calls per day to schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Use phone systems to manage scheduling details.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling experience.
- Customer service experience/personality.
- Experience using Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish).
Competitive wages ($18 to $20 depending on work history).
Schedule- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends
Multiple locations:
Lancaster / Palmdale.
