STEM degree 10 yrs overall tool design experience for composite part families and processes, from layup fixtures to trim fixtures, bond fixtures, and assembly fixtures Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) experience 5 yrs recent Experience with CATIA V5 Software 5 yrs recent Tool Design and Fabrication Support Experience Desired skills STEM degree Previous hands on mechanical experience, jig building experience, and computer aided design experience on any 3D drawing and analysis software package.
Previous tool design experience for composite part families and processes, from layup fixtures to trim fixtures, bond fixtures, and assembly fixtures Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement concepts. Exposure to Vendor support Exposure to disposition tooling request from vendors on tooling issues and ability to research and validate request. Experience with CATIA V4 and V5 Software Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word Basic Qualifications Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) experience Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, specifications and diagrams. Must be able to interpret metrology data. Experience with CATIA V5 Software Tool Design and Fabrication Support Experience
