- Support the accuracy of training records and certifications within LMS and readiness trackers.
- Maintain and optimize training facilities and technology to provide a world‑class learning environment.
- Lead the end‑to‑end orientation lifecycle, evolving the curriculum to ensure it reflects the current business landscape and cultural values.
- Coordinate readiness activities such as safety training, badge support, PPE guidance, and day‑one logistics.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for onboarding barriers, proactively driving cross‑functional solutions to prevent delays in personnel readiness.
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership to align hiring with program‑specific needs and shift requirements.
- Design and facilitate the transition process from the training environment to the production floor, ensuring managers are equipped to receive and mentor new talent.
- Represent the organization at hiring events and support partnerships with technical schools and workforce agencies.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years aerospace manufacturing experience in either composites, structures, or low observable coatings and/or related education experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of manufacturing experience and/or related education experience.
- Ability to lead hands‑on instructor‑led training and deliver presentations to large employee groups.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, process‑oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues with limited oversight.
- Ability to interface with employees, managers, and cross‑functional business partners.
- Must possess working knowledge of manufacturing, production, or operations environments.
- Experience procuring production material.
- Experience partnering closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR, or other cross‑functional teams.
- Experience delivering instructor‑led training in classroom and/or production support settings.
- Experience tracking training completion, employee readiness, or onboarding progress using Excel, LMS, or other data systems.
- Experience preparing training materials, classrooms, job aids, or supporting training logistics.
