As an ADP Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will be the lead planner responsible for a specific function of a Skunk Works program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control.

Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools.

• Must be a US Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
• This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities

• A level 5 employee typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or finance.
• Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Proposal experience
• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
• Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
• Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
• Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
• Product Life Cycle Management tools and FAMSCO experience
• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
• Prior Aerospace experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
